2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 353, 379, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 106 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and in any event the petitioners along with other villagers were merely requesting for payment for the land acquired and for which Arbitration Case No. 137/13-14 is already pending before the Collector, Muzaffarpur. It is submitted that there was no intention to create obstruction in the work.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and
