The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Garka P.S. Case No. 73 of 2021 registered under Section 304(B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against her. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51660 of 2021(3) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 73 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
