JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that in this case charges have already been framed. The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No. 432 of 2016.
