A report was called for by this Court about the stage of the case by order dated 27.06.2018. The report has since been received.

On perusal of the report, it appears that charges have been framed in this case on 04.04.2018 and out of seven cited charge-sheet witnesses, one has been examined so far.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28809 of 2018 (6) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him for the present. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from today.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.
