The petitioner seeks bail in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 326, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2016.

The prayer for bail has been opposed on the ground that the petitioner has suppressed his criminal antecedent. In the supplementary affidavit, the father of the petitioner has stated, on oath, that he had no knowledge of those criminal cases. The petitioner is an illiterate person, hence he could not visualize the implication of law in non-disclosure of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period already undergone, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Barh, District- Patna, in Barh P.S.Case No. 272 of 2015.
