JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 262 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 386/395 of I.P.C. and 17/18 U.A.P. Act and 17 C.L.A. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is not associated with the people alleged by the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is known to the informant. The date of occurrence is 19.09.2018 and the date of F.I.R. is 22.09.2018. The delay is not explained. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the other co-accused had been granted bail. The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2018.
