Deceased Puja Devi was married with the petitioner about four years ago and subsequent to her marriage, there was demand of Rs. One Lac as well as a motorcycle and for that, she was severely tortured. There was Panchayati even then, having no fruitful result. On 06.04.2015, informant got information, whereupon rushed and found the dead body of the deceased at her sasural.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that deceased was suffering from some sort of ailment and for that, she was to be carried to hospital, unfortunately died.

No.31411 of 2018 (04) dt.05-09-2018 From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that during further statement of the informant along with other family members, there happens to be detailed description with regard to activity of the petitioner, who just about 15-16 days prior to the occurrence, brought the deceased from her Naihar where she was kept deserted in the background of non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and subsequently thereof, the occurrence took place. Apart from this, occurrence is of the Year 2015 while presence of petitioner happens to be since 31.07.2017.

Consequent thereupon, prayer for bail is rejected. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
