The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol from his waist.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. In para-3 of the petition, it has been mentioned that petitioner is accused in one another case being Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 263 of 2015 under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, in which he is on bail. Petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2018.
