The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 6 of 2020 for the offenses under Sections 411, 414, 379/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR was lodged against unknown. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 2.5.2020 yet he has not been put on TIP. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the FIR, he is in custody since 2.5.2020, not put on TIP and nothing incriminating was recovered from the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
