2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that dispute between parties has amicably been settled and both parties have filed compromise petition in the court of learned SDJM, Buxar stating therein that they have compromised the matter.
4. Counsel for Opposite Party No. 2 does not dispute
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42296 of 2023(4) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 the contention made on behalf of petitioner.
5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 35 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
