The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 2247/2010, Tr. No. 1573 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Petitioner is a poor person and also working in the said company and petitioner has no knowledge about any cheque. It has further been submitted that the complainant went to Mumbai when he got knowledge about death of his son and company has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53860 of 2016 (2) dt.15-12-2016 2/2 issued a cheque in the name of Arvind Singh and alleged that he along with Arvind Singh misappropriated the money and not handing over to the informant.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, -VI, Gopalganj in Complaint case No. 2247/2010 Tr. No. 1573 of 2016.
