The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and others are said to have looted Rs. 3,06,000/-, the petitioner is accused in 13 more cases and he is in custody since 14.03.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41734 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 rejected herewith.

The District Judge, Bhojpur at Ara is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases in one court pending against the petitioner.
