2 Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 504, 323, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, despite receiving advance consideration money of Rs.25 lacs, petitioners refused to execute sale deed in favour of opposite party no.2 nor did they return the consideration money to opposite party no.2.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that at no point of time, any agreement was executed between the parties. Petitioners have not received any amount in the said transaction. Dispute is related with sale and purchase of land which is out and out of civil in nature. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the opposite party no.2 oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Since dispute appears to be of civil nature and there is absence of prior criminal behavior of these
