2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 143 of 2025 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution case, when the petitioner appeared for counselling in TRE-3 examination conducted by B.P.S.C., his photograph and bio-metric did not match the person, who appeared as the petitioner in the written examination.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41421 of 2025(4) dt.15-09-2025 2/3 that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There was no mismatch of photograph and bio-metric and the petitioner himself appeared in the written examination on 20.07.2024. Learned senior counsel further submits that the life of the petitioner has been spoiled due to the present case and he is in custody since 28.04.2025 and charge sheet has been submitted. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the submission of charge sheet, period of custody of the petitioner and his clean antecedent, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea/concerned Court in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 143 of 2025, subject to the conditions mentioned in Section 480(3) of B.N.S.S. and also the following conditions: (i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner will remain present on
