Though, nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner on account of his non-presence over the seizure list as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner but he was apprehended at the spot and further, on search, one torch, knife and nose-pin were recovered from his possession for which, petitioner happens to be under custody since 08.09.2016.

In the aforesaid background, prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected at the present moment directing the learned lower Court to release the petitioner on bail to its own satisfaction after framing of charge. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
