2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that the dispute between parties has been resolved through the process of mediation vide mediation proceeding no. 455 of 2022 dated 19.09.2023 and the mediation report is kept at flag 'M'.

4. Counsel for opposite party no. 2 does not dispute the contention made by the counsel for petitioner.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41591 of 2022(5) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 534 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
