2. This is the second anticipatory bail application preferred by the petitioner as stated in the bail petition and from perusal of Annexure-1, it transpires that the petitioner had earlier moved for anticipatory bail along with three other coaccused persons, however, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had sought permission to withdraw the application for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, namely, Rakesh Kumar @ Lalu.

3. In view of the same, since this is the second anticipatory bail application and the earlier application had already been dismissed as withdrawn, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
