09.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent no. 5.

It has been agreed between the parties that whatever remaining formality is required to be done by the petitioner for payment of the Employees Provident Fund, the same shall be completed within four weeks by the petitioner. Thereafter, the respondent no. 5 shall ensure payment to the petitioner within three weeks.

Accordingly the application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
