The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.11 of 2020, arising out of Muraliganj P.S. Case No. 248 of 2020.

Since the petitioner has suppressed the material fact regarding quantum of recovery of Ganja in the typed copy of the FIR, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused.
