The petitioner prays for inclusion of his name in the voter list of the Barka Gaon Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society. That the election was fixed in October, 2014, the relief claimed has been rendered infructuous by the holding of election and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Should the cause raised in the present writ petition be subsisting, the petitioner can raise the same before the appropriate authority at the stage of preparation of the voter list for the next election to the Society.
