JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-12-2016 Since the petitioner is a so-called teacher (Lecturer) in a college, which is in the hands of a private managing committee, any claim or relief which the petitioner is seeking against them with regard to his status or privileges cannot be brought within the ambit of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, the petitioner, if he so likes, can approach any other forum prescribed in this regard, if not, surely the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction.

Writ application stands disposed of with the observations as above.
