Case No. 06 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498(A), 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners happen to be father-in-law, mother-in-law and brothers-in-law of the informant and allegation against them is of subjecting the informant to cruelty and torture in connection with demand of dowry.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Dumra P.S.
