Informant who happens to be a Chaukidar had filed a written report disclosing therein that seeing him sitting over a bench belonging to the petitioner, he became enraged, abused him and called his caste name and further assaulted him with fist and slap.

Accordingly, petitioners, Jaikant Tiwari @ Kariman Tiwari and Shayank Tiwari are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad Mufassil PS Case No. 06/2014.
