The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 370,370(1),372,373,419,353,427,224 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 6 and 8 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act and under sections 3,4,5,7 and 8 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

The prosecution case is that the police raided the premises where flesh trade was going on when the petitioner was apprehended, thereafter the accused persons attacked the police party and got released the petitioner and other accused. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38082 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that the petitioner was apprehended. The petitioner is an unmarried girl and co accused Radha Devi has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 12929 of 2015.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below preferably on the same day in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge I, Jehanabad.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
