2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment to the post of Anganbari Sevika on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. At the time of appointment, petitioner furnished all the relevant documents and after verification of those documents by the competent authority, petitioner was appointed to the aforesaid post. Moreover,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42560 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 Petitioner never drew payment or salary from the concerned department. After that due to illness and family problem petitioner voluntarily resigned from her service on 06.10.2021. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhaula P.S. Case No. 73 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
