2. The only subsistence grievance is that amount of Group Insurance has not been paid to the petitioner. The stand of the respondents is that the pass book of Group Insurance has not been produced by the petitioner, therefore, the same could not be processed.

3. In view of the limited controversy, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit his pass book of Group Insurance and also to submit a representation in

Patna High Court CWJC No.8420 of 2014 dt.17-09-2016 2/2 respect of any other pending claim. As and when the petitioner submits the representation and requests for payment of the Group Insurance amount along with other benefits, the respondents shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order within three months from the date of receipt of the representation.
