Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

From the possession of the petitioners eight bags of wheat and thirteen bags of rice of F.C.I were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that PDS dealer has accepted that he kept the wheat and rice with the petitioners.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the quantity of recovery and the petitioners having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or

No.35957 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
