The learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 4 submits that batai claim of the private respondent was allowed by the original authority and has been affirmed by the appellate authority by reasoned and speaking orders passed by them. Therefore, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
