Petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that grand-daughter of the informant was married with the petitioner in the year 2014 but on 15.06.2015 she committed suicide after fighting with the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even the informant has subsequently admitted that the victim was hot headed and she closed the door and committed suicide and the room was broke open in presence of the informant.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35969 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur. According the application is disposed of.
