JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The impugned order goes to show that on 01.10.2012 the attendance of prosecution witness was filed but petitioner made himself absent from the trial proceeding resulting cancellation of his bail bonds. Subsequently, petitioner could be remanded in this case from another case and is languishing in jail custody since 22.04.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 5th Additional Session Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Session trial no. 428 of 2006/187 of 2008 arising out of Azimabad
