2. Earlier the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. 13684/2024, due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioners could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to extent the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioners.

4. In view of the matter, let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds /

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65785 of 2024(2) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. 13684/2024 is modified to the above extent.
