The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order as contained in memo no. 7816 dated 6.7.2015 passed by Respondent No. 2 whereby and whereunder the agreement of petitioner for transportation of Food Grains as transportation and handling agent for three years has been cancelled; for quashing the office order dated 6.7.2015 contained in letter no. 7817 whereby the Respondent No. 2 has extended the agreement of Respondent No. 4, and for connected reliefs.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, however, confines the relief sought, seeking leave only to file a representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2).

4. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

5. In the above view of the matter and with consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Bihar, Patna (Respondent no. 2) with a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six weeks from the date of the representation being filed.
