Patna High Court CWJC No.8391 of 2014 dt.05-09-2016 2/2 opportunity to such teachers to pass the TET examination. The Court can take judicial notice of the fact that the TET examination has already been held and the results are awaited. If these petitioners have availed the opportunity to participate in the said examination, they should await the outcome of the result and if they have not, they have to await the decision of the State Government with regard to all such teachers as and when the occasion arises.
