Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/21/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

The allegation is that from the house of the petitioner 280 grams of Ganja was recovered .The petitioner has stated, on oath, that he has got no criminal antecedent. Submission is that the recovered quantity was small quantity.

No.51957 of 2016 (2) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Madhepura, in Special Case No. 07 of 2016 arising out of Uda Kishunganj P.S.Case No. 93 of 2016.
