2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No.09 of 2025 arising out of Rampur P.S. Case No. 506 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2024.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42862 of 2025(3) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner and got married with him.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cumSpecial Judge of POCSO Act, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Rampur P.S.
