2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute and there is case and counter case. The parties are all related to each other. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP opposing the bail petition submits that the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant (Tara Kant Jha) on his head and according to paragraph 8 of the petition, the informant has sustained grievous head injury.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
