Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he sexually exploited to the informant by inducing her to provide job in a good company.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2016. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in connection with Phulwari Sharif Police Station Case No. 453 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna/successor court, for the present.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
