The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chhapra Town P.S. Case No. 594 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the statement made in the supplementary affidavit dated 16.12.2021, intimating the fact that an amount of Rs. 4,66,915.85 has been paid by the petitioner in the account of the District Land Acquisition Officer and that no further amount is due as against him, the
