JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner, whose presence as is evident from the order impugned is found duly delayed by at least two years after having rejection of prayer for anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge and on account thereof, is under custody since 20.07.2016. Considering the case, it happens to be a complaint case whereunder on the pretext of firearm, accused persons succeeded in getting Rs.65,000/- in cash along with chain and one ring. It is apparent that it happens to be a case of first appearance along with the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43794 of 2016 (02) dt.06-10-2016 Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Lalit Kumar @ Lalit Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case no.1508 of 2013.
