2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with C.R. No. 119 of 2013, Trial No. 2964 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being the 'devar' of the complainant has been falsely implicated. It is further submitted that after due investigation the police has submitted final form exonerating all the accused persons though subsequently cognizance has been taken.

4. Learned counsel for the OP No. 2 appears and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23457 of 2014 (5) dt.20-01-2016 opposes the anticipatory bail petition.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 11.09.2014 pending in the Court of Sri Basant Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Madhubani in connection with C.R. No. 119 of 2013, Trial No. 2964 of 2013 is hereby confirmed.
