The present application seeks modification in the order dated 29.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29299 of 2016 by extending the time granted thereunder for his surrender and furnishing bail bonds.

It is stated that owing to the illness suffered by the petitioner, he could not surrender within time. The application has been filed for extension of time.

Considering the statements made in the application and the submissions made in support thereof, the order dated 29.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29299 of 2016 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender and furnish the bail bonds as per the said order on or before 3rd January, 2017 subject to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52780 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 condition that along with the bail bonds, the petitioner shall produce document showing deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the District Legal Services Authority of the concerned district. The said order dated 29.08.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 29299 of 2016 was passed in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 granting bail to the petitioner to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
