Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Arrah Rail P.S. Case No.27 of 2017 registered for the alleged offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was apprehended by the police at the Ara Railway Station platform and two mobiles, cash of Rs.1300 and two sliver ornaments were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by the police as he happens to be the employee of a vendor of the station and refused to oblige the police to accord cold drink free of cost. No complaint has been made by anybody in respect
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31017 of 2017 (02) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 of the alleged recovered articles. The seized articles are hailing to him. He has been languishing in jail custody since 01.05.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Arrah Rail P.s. Case No.27 of 2017.
