The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Gopalpur P.S. Case No.396 of 2009 instituted for the offences under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier this Court vide order dated 11.2.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37033 of 2014 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. If the petitioners surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the court below will pass order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
