The controversy involved in the matter stands resolved by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order passed on 19.10.2016 in Civil Review No.16 of 2016 and various other cases and in para 20 of the order passed in Civil Review No.16 of 2016, the following observations and principles have been laid down: "20. We hope and trust that State would take earnest step to comply with the directions and clarifications

Patna High Court LPA No.142 of 2016 dt.24-03-2017 2/2 given herein at the earliest. The processes of verification of the candidature would have to be dealt with by the Staff Selection Commission because it would involve a detailed scrutiny of the pleas of either wrongful inclusion or wrongful exclusion. They must complete the process as soon as possible preferably within three months after due notice by newspaper publication inviting such objections.

Thereafter, the entire process of recruitment to be complete in the next three months. We hope that these directions and clarifications would end all controversies and close this chapter once and for all."

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we see no reason to deny the same benefit to the petitioner.

In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of. The order passed on 15.1.2014 in C.W.J.C. No.1781 of 2013 is set aside and this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed as reproduced hereinabove i.e. para 20 of the order passed in Civil Review No.16 of 2016.
