Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 217 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/328/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant got information that dead body of her brother is lying in the orchard nearby, when she reached there and found dead body, she suspected that the petitioner and her associate were involved as the deceased had love-affairs with the petitioner.

Submission of the petitioner is that if the prosecution story is correct there is no reason as to why the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran/Successor Court, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 217 of 2016.
