2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the State in Paragraph Nos. 12 and 13 of the counter affidavit has considered the grievance of the petitioner, which is reproduced hereinafter:

"12. That the aforesaid resolution has been considered by the Hon'ble Patna High Court and has held in the order dated 15.11.2010 passed in CWJC No. 15136 of 2010 heard along with another analogous matter that the actual benefit would

13. That it is stated that subsequently, the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Hon'ble Patna High Court in order dated 27.07.2017 passed in LPA No. 269 of 2016 has considered the aforesaid resolution and held that since all other teachers are getting the said benefit from 27.07.1998, hence the appellant is also entitled for the same."

3. University is required to respect the information which is contained in Paragraphs No. 12 and 13 of the counter affidavit and take immediate steps to make payment to the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
