Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 307/34, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Arms Act.

At para 86 of the case diary, statement of the injured was recorded and the injured specifically stated that it was the petitioner who shot fire on his chest causing firearm injury. Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.
