Though, by order dated 19.12.2014 for filing affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 5 showing up-to-date payment of G.P.F. the same has not been filed, but Mr. K.N. Diwakar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that all admitted dues have been received by the petitioner and as such he does not propose to press the application. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off as not pressed.
