JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Raniganj P. S. Case No. 187 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioner is of assault by Khanti, causing injury to the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Injury is simple in nature. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has also not controverted the fact that injury is simple in nature. Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39133 of 2019(5) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria, in connection with Raniganj P. S. Case No. 187 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
