JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 20-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners in all the contempt applications and learned counsel for the BISCOMAUN. Learned counsel for the State is also present. The contempt applications have been filed for wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 8.9.2009 passed in CWJC No. 3114 of 2004 and its analogous case by a Full Bench of this Court.
The direction in the said order while disposing of the writ applications was that the petitioners may file representation before the Administrator and such representation may be disposed of as
Patna High Court MJC No.2791 of 2013 (3) dt.20-01-2016 expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such representation. The grievance of the petitioners is that the representation has not yet been disposed of.
In the show cause filed today on behalf of opposite party No.3, the present Managing Director of BISCOMAUN, it is stated that by order dated 12.3.2010 of the then Managing Director the representation of the petitioners has been disposed of, copies of which have been communicated to the petitioners. In the aforesaid circumstances, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties.
All the contempt applications are, accordingly, dismissed.
